Location. Positioned at the port of Gulfport, Miss., and overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is the Island View Casino Resort Hotel. The Marine Life Oceanarium is one half mile away, and the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center and Beauvoir Jefferson Davis Home are within eight miles. Gulfport Biloxi International Airport is less than six miles from the property. Hotel Features. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are available at the 24 hour Island View Buffet, which hosts live action food stations and a dessert bar. Three bars are located in the hotel, which serve an array of frosty libations. Gaming action is offered around the clock in the casino, where 14 table games including blackjack and roulette are available, as are more than 1,000 slot machines. Amenities include meeting rooms, concierge services and a gift shop.

The 500 guestrooms and suites contain walnut finished furnishings, crown molding, upholstered armchairs and ottomans, custom draperies and décor in harmonizing shades of deep tan, cream and slate gray.
